Amanda Honaker represents a wide variety of clients, assists clients with a wide array of state government relations issues, and advocates on their behalf before the North Carolina General Assembly. Amanda has a strong understanding of the state legislative process and her experience spans a broad range of industry governmental issues, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and association work. In addition to advocacy, Amanda is instrumental in assisting clients with written communications and preparing strategic messaging to help clients accomplish their legislative goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served four years as a government relations professional in the Raleigh, North Carolina office of an international law firm where she helped clients achieve their government affairs goals through legislative monitoring, research, and advocacy. She previously worked in the office of former North Carolina Senator Jean Preston.
Amanda is not licensed to practice law. Amanda is a member of the KTS Strategies LLC team.
