Overview

Kristin Adams focuses her practice on trademark litigation and enforcement and has a history of conducting clearance searches and drafting advisory opinions assessing litigation and opposition risk. She has experience in trademark and copyright disputes across federal jurisdictions, from defense of an NBA MVP to international apparel retailers and leading pharmaceutical companies. Ms. Adams routinely argues substantive motions with representative issues including preliminary injunctions, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment. She also prepares witnesses for and takes depositions, as well as manages Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition and cancellation proceedings. Prior to launching her legal career, Ms. Adams was an Account Supervisor at a full-service advertising agency that serves Fortune 500 clients, managing social media strategy, content, and client relationships for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, tumblr and other platforms. She was recognized in 2022 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Intellectual Property Law by The Best Lawyers in America®.
