The Ninth Circuit’s en banc decision in Olean Wholesale Grocery Cooperative, Inc. v. Bumble Bee Foods, LLC, 31 F.4th 651 (9th Cir. 2022), an antitrust class action, addresses a number of important class certification issues. Jay Bogan and Allen Garrett, both members of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Class Action Team, will discuss the decision’s ramifications on class certification in all types of class actions, including consumer and employment class actions.
