Retailers are increasingly subject to a complicated array of state sales tax laws. Retailers must determine where to register and collect, whether what they are selling is taxable, how to source certain sales, whether exemptions apply to what they are selling, and how to handle coupon and discount sales as well as sales made through membership programs. This webinar focuses on fundamental and advanced sales tax issues for retailers. It also briefly covers unclaimed property and income tax issues for retailers.
