ATLANTA (July 27) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced that seven of the firm’s attorneys were selected for recognition on the 2022 IAM Global Leaders list.

The following Kilpatrick Townsend attorneys were recognized on the 2022 IAM Global Leaders list:

Thomas Franklin is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution, licensing and intellectual capital management with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property audits, due diligence and strategic planning processes.

Darin Gibby is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. With over 25 years of experience, he focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, transactions, and licensing matters as well as patent prosecution.

David Sipiora is a retired partner at the firm’s Denver office. David was Co-Chair of Patent Litigation and oversaw a team of over 80 lawyers. His practice spanned across all intellectual property matter areas with special focus on patent litigation and licensing, trademark prosecution and counseling, and trade secret litigation and counseling.

Wab Kadaba is a partner and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. He concentrates his practice on litigation related to intellectual property as well as strategy and management of intellectual property and technology issues.

Mitch Stockwell is a partner at the firm’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on patent infringement, trade secret and related intellectual property litigation and licensing transactions.

Andrew Serafini is a partner at the firm’s Seattle office. His practice specializes in strategic and comprehensive intellectual property counseling and management for biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, and other life sciences clients.

Roger Wylie is Kilpatrick Townsend’s Managing Partner.
