The following Kilpatrick Townsend attorneys were recognized on the 2023 IAM Global Leaders list:
Darin Gibby is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. With over 25 years of experience, he focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, transactions, and licensing matters as well as patent prosecution.
Thomas Franklin is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution, licensing, and intellectual capital management with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property audits, due diligence and strategic planning processes.
Mitch Stockwell is a partner at the firm’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on patent infringement, trade secret and related intellectual property litigation and licensing transactions.
