MENLO PARK (December 18) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Kevin W. Miller to the Silicon Valley office as an associate on the Electronic Engineering & Software Team in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department.
Mr. Miller focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution in a variety of technological fields, including software, hardware, machine learning, databases, logistics, cloud computing, social networking, fintech, and information security. He joins the firm after spending the past several years as an intellectual property associate at a San Jose-based law firm.
Mr. Miller earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received his B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
