Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Brent Caldwell in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE (November 19) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Brent Caldwell to the firm’s Charlotte office as an associate on the Real Estate, Finance, and Capital Markets Team.
Mr. Caldwell’s practice includes representing lenders in all stages of commercial real estate financing. Prior to joining the firm, Brent was an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of an international law firm where he represented national banks and other lenders in real estate loan originations. Previously, he was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. James L. Gale at the Greensboro, North Carolina location of the North Carolina Business Court.
Mr. Caldwell earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. He holds a Master’s degree, with distinction, from The London School of Economics and Political Science and received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
