Insights: News Releases Seven Kilpatrick Townsend Attorneys Named 2016 Texas Super Lawyers
DALLAS (October 4) -- Kilpatrick Townsend announced today that seven attorneys from the firm’s Dallas office were selected as 2016 Texas Super Lawyers. Partners Michael Ellis, Kirk Florence, Cole Ramey, Karly Rodine, and Alan Wright were named in the Business Litigation category, while partner Jason Fatheree was recognized in the Civil Litigation: Defense category and partner Craig McDougal was recognized in the Employment & Labor category.

Michael Ellis focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation including all aspects of dispute resolution in commercial transactions, focusing on trial and arbitration of complex matters in the principal areas of real estate, financial services, mortgage services, and commercial business disputes at the state and federal level. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers annually since 2010.
Jason Fatheree focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has many years of experience representing a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners in all phases of litigation including complex commercial cases, corporations, contracts, deceptive trade practices, mass toxic tort cases, premises liability, products liability, and general civil litigation. Mr. Fatheree has successfully resolved hundreds of cases, the majority of which involved complex legal issues. Drawing on his experience working with experts in a broad range of technical fields, Mr. Fatheree’s background allows him to simplify sophisticated issues quickly and defend his clients against damage claims involving complex theories. Kirk Florence is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and tort litigation including complex commercial litigation, product liability, commercial torts, environmental litigation, toxic torts, construction disputes, civil appeals and arbitration. Craig McDougal focuses his practice on labor and employment law and complex commercial litigation. He represents parties in state and federal court litigation and in arbitrations. Mr. McDougal represents parties in administrative proceedings before the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission and other agencies.
