ATLANTA (April 14) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partner Todd Meyers will be a featured panelist at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 33rd Annual Spring Meeting, which will be held April 16 -19, at the Renaissance Washington, DC.
Mr. Meyers will join other industry leaders at a session titled, “Tax-Sharing Agreements in Bankruptcy that Have Been the Subject of Recent Appeals Court Decisions.” The panel will explore recent decisions from the various Circuit Courts of Appeals.
