Kilpatrick Townsend Names Bradi Smith an Associate

NEW YORK (October 13) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton recently named Bradi L. Smith an associate in the firm’s internationally recognized intellectual property department. Ms. Smith is now a member of the firm’s Trademark & Copyright Team in the New York office.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smith worked in well-known intellectual property firms throughout New York City focusing on the practice of trademark and copyright law. Ms. Smith has experience representing large companies and individuals in the areas of trademark prosecution, trademark litigation, and copyright law.

Ms. Smith earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she serves as Editor-at-Large and Symposium Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. She received her B.A. in History, with Minors in Sociology and Women’s Studies, from the University of Maryland.
