This session focuses on Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) decisions addressing obviousness grounds in inter partes review and post-grant review cases. We will review successful and unsuccessful approaches to overcoming obviousness grounds, including how the Board evaluates Patent Owner’s presentation of secondary considerations.
