Maeghan is deeply involved with the legal community and is the 2022-2023 Lead Chair of Attorneys Serving the Community (ASC), an organization that brings women lawyers together to utilize their resources and support local non-profit organizations whose programs aid women, children, and families. She has served on numerous ASC committees and as its Co-Chair in 2021-2022.

Maeghan was recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40” in 2022 and 2023 and one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas” in 2021 and 2023 by D Magazine. She also earned recognition from Super Lawyers magazine as a Texas “Rising Star” for Business Litigation from 2019 through 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Maeghan was a partner at an intellectual property and commercial litigation firm based in Dallas, Texas, where her practice focused on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Previously, Maeghan was an associate and then partner at a business litigation law firm based in Dallas, Texas, where she practiced complex commercial litigation. Earlier in her career, Maeghan practiced extensively in the area of patent infringement litigation.

While attending law school, Maeghan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stanwood R. Duval, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She was also a member of the Tulane Journal of International & Comparative Law.
