Anne Reynolds primarily works in complex commercial litigation. Her practice includes a wide range of issues such as defense of derivative litigation, breach of contract disputes, complex fraud and tort cases, licensing issues, and bid protests.

Prior to joining the firm, Anne was a term clerk for the Honorable Clay D. Land in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Anne worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2019. She served as a part-time judicial extern for the Honorable Leigh Martin May in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Anne also served on the Managing Board and was a Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review, a Legal Writing teaching assistant for Professor Patrick Conner, and a research assistant in the Legal Writing Department.

While attending Emory University, Anne worked in the Department of Psychology’s Mental Health and Development Program where she began as an undergraduate research assistant and then was hired as a full-time employee. Anne played and was Match Secretary for the Emory Women’s Rugby Team and Leadership Team Member of the Emory Wesley Fellowship. She studied abroad in Vienna, Austria.
