Lidia Lopez focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law.

Ms. Lopez worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2015.

While attending law school, she was a summer law clerk and Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar at the Pacific Gas and Electric Company in San Francisco, California. She also served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Science and Technology Law Journal, competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, and participated in the Hastings Mediation Clinic where she assisted self-represented litigants settle their disputes at the Superior Court of San Francisco Small Claims Court. Ms. Lopez received the Bay Area Law Student Scholarship from the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Previously, Ms. Lopez was Stewardship-Fund Development Coordinator at San Jose State University, and a legal research intern for a San Jose, California law firm.

Ms. Lopez was recognized as a Northern California “Rising Star” in 2020, 2021 and 2022 for Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine. She was named as one of the “Lawyers on the Fast Track Under 40” by The Recorder at its 2022 California Leaders in Tech Law and Innovation Awards.

Ms. Lopez is proficient in Spanish.
