Overview

Bryan Larsen focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has extensive trial experience in medical malpractice matters involving catastrophic injuries or death. Bryan serves as national trial counsel for a hospitalist group employing more than 1,000 physicians across more than 30 states. Bryan is frequently asked to try or provide trial assistance on cases where he did not conduct discovery. Typically, the injuries in those trials involved death, brain damage, paralysis, blindness, and/or chronic pain syndrome.

Bryan’s university-based, scientific degree and training provide him with unique insights into the medical defenses he builds for his clients. In addition, he has repeatedly been an invited speaker for national insurance carriers and medical centers.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan was a partner at a well-established litigation law firm in its Chicago, Illinois office where he concentrated his practice on medical malpractice defense.

Bryan has been recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” for Medical Malpractice Defense by Leading Lawyers magazine.
