Sarah Jurkiewicz focuses her practice on commercial real estate development and investment. Sarah has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing and operations of office, retail and hotel properties. She also represents banks and other lenders in asset based and commercial real estate loans, workouts and restructurings, foreclosures, and the management and disposition of REO properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was a senior counsel in the Atlanta office of an international law firm where she concentrated her practice in real estate and finance transactions.
