Raymond Fischer focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, transportation litigation, and franchise litigation. He maintains an active general litigation docket including various tort claims, and helps businesses navigate through troublesome scenarios in difficult venues. His business litigation practice includes commercial and partnership disputes, creditor-debtor actions, trade secret litigation, and licensing issues. He has represented parties in state and federal courts and arbitrations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Illinois.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fischer was an associate at Crouch & Ramey, a litigation law firm based in Dallas, Texas, where his practice included commercial, employment, and real estate litigation, as well as products liability, construction litigation, and unfair trade practice litigation. Mr. Fischer has represented banks, lenders, loan servicers, and businesses in matters across multiple states and districts in matters including mortgage fraud, foreclosure actions, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), state debt collection and foreclosure laws, and unfair trade practices act litigation.
While attending law school, Mr. Fischer served as president of his graduating class.
