Overview

Tony Bramian is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on prosecution of patent applications in the areas of electronics, semiconductors, power electronics, Integrated Circuit design and development, wireless and RF technologies, and medical devices.

Prior to joining the firm, Tony was a patent attorney at an intellectual property law firm based in Southern California where he prepared and prosecuted patents, researched and determine patentability, and advised clients on patent landscape. Previously, Tony was Director of Corporate Patents at a large multi-national manufacturer of semiconductors, and an Executive Director of Intellectual Property at a power management semiconductor company where he had a proven track record in managing complex patent litigation matters, patent portfolio monetization, and intellectual property enforcement and licensing.

Tony’s technical background includes extensive semiconductor industry experience which runs the gamut from fabrication to high-speed IC design and development, power management technologies, as well as compound semiconductor technologies. Early in his career, Tony gained experience working at a multinational electronics and semiconductors manufacturer, and a renowned technology corporation engaged in print and digital document products and services in its micro-electronic manufacturing technologies center.

Tony is a named inventor/co-inventor on 24 patents and as an inventor, he understands the extreme insight it takes in order to obtain a great patent.

Tony has authored/co-authored and presented four papers at IEDM (International Electron Device Meeting) and the IEEE Electro-Chemical Society Meeting. Tony is also a senior member of the IEEE.
