Overview

Briana Bell focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law.

While attending Emory University School of Law, Briana worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2021. She served as Articles Editor of the Emory Law Journal, Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, and research assistant to Professor Dorothy Brown, known for her work on Critical Race Theories.

Prior to attending law school, Briana served as an intern for Representative Mike Thompson in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. She served as an Emerging Leader intern at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, an educational foundation that conducts research on issues affecting African Americans, in Washington, D.C. Briana was also a policy and research intern for the Council of State Governments, a nonpartisan, non-profit organization in the United States that serves all three branches of state government, in Washington, D.C.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Briana was a collegiate basketball player.
