Raina Barbee focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law.

While attending law school, Raina worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2019 and 2020. She served as a student attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic, a staff member of the American University Business Law Review, and a Dean’s Fellow in the American University Washington College of Law’s Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property.

Prior to attending law school, Raina worked as an Internet Analyst with the firm on its Trademark/Copyright team where she conducted online use investigations and monitored for infringing content online for social media clients. She served as a press intern for the U.S. Senate’s Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and a communications intern participating in the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Internship Program in Washington, D.C.
