Overview

Jennifer Andrews focuses her practice on government contracting and public procurement, litigation, and contract disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was legal counsel at a global IT services company in Atlanta, Georgia where she negotiated various commercial contracts with airports, airlines, construction entities, and other partners for various technology software and hardware products and services throughout North America and advised business and management on legal risks associated with airline and airport contracts. Previously, Jennifer was a Senior Assistant City Attorney in the Department of Law, Aviation Practice Group for the City of Atlanta where she provided advice in negotiations of airport use and lease agreement with airlines serving Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport.

Following law school, Jennifer served as a law clerk for Associate Chief Judge Thomas Burke in the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the United States Department of Labor where she supported the Judge in drafting case decisions, orders, and responses to motions in cases arising under the Black Lung Benefits Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the whistleblower provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and a variety of employment statutes.
