Mr. Jett represents individuals and companies, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in disputes before state and federal courts as well as in arbitration including intellectual property owners operating in the retail, franchising, technology, and entertainment industries.
  • Jon Neiditz co-leads the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Governance Practice at Kilpatrick Townsend.
