DALLAS (October 4) -- Kilpatrick Townsend announced today that seven attorneys from the firm’s Dallas office were selected as 2016 Texas Super Lawyers. Partners Michael Ellis, Kirk Florence, Cole Ramey, Karly Rodine, and Alan Wright were named in the Business Litigation category, while partner Jason Fatheree was recognized in the Civil Litigation: Defense category and partner Craig McDougal was recognized in the Employment & Labor category.

Jason Fatheree focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has many years of experience representing a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners in all phases of litigation including complex commercial cases, corporations, contracts, deceptive trade practices, mass toxic tort cases, premises liability, products liability, and general civil litigation. Mr. Fatheree has successfully resolved hundreds of cases, the majority of which involved complex legal issues. Drawing on his experience working with experts in a broad range of technical fields, Mr. Fatheree’s background allows him to simplify sophisticated issues quickly and defend his clients against damage claims involving complex theories.
