Overview

Anne Vilsoet is a patent attorney who focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the software and electronics industry with areas of focus including fintech, blockchain technologies, and machine learning.

Prior to joining the firm, Anne was in-house patent counsel at a global edge-to-cloud company where she managed a number of patent portfolios. While attending law school, Anne worked as a student associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international intellectual property law firm where she focused her practice on drafting and prosecuting patents across industries including autonomous vehicles, cybersecurity, and financial services. Anne also served as a staff member of the AIPLA Quarterly Journal.
