Jessica Truelove focuses her practice on trademark litigation and enforcement across a variety of industries. Jessica has experience representing a range of Fortune 500 companies in federal court litigation from case inception to trial, including at the appellate level. She is experienced before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in managing trademark enforcement programs for her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was a law clerk for the Honorable Eleanor L. Ross in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia where she assisted Judge Ross in a wide variety of criminal and civil matters.
While attending law school, Jessica served as a legal intern in the Olmstead Disability Rights Clinic of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, a legal extern for the Honorable Richard W. Story in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and a legal assistant in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia. Jessica was also a research assistant for Professor Yaniv Heled and Lead Articles Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review.
