Matti Scheffer focuses his practice on tenancy law, real estate law, and dispute resolution. He advises domestic and international companies on all contentious and non-contentious matters relating to tenancy law and real estate law, including the real estate acquisition and sales and their related agreements, lease agreement negotiations and related landlord/tenant agreements, lease termination or extension agreements, property management agreements, leasing agent agreements, sale and leasebacks, valuation issues, etc.

Advised a Swedish real estate company in the negotiation of a large lease for a government agency, including refurbishment of the premises.
