Michael Ryan joined Kilpatrick Townsend in 2018 and currently serves as its Director of Billing. In this role, Michael is primarily responsible for overseeing the functions of the firm’s billing practices. He takes an active role in the firm’s new client and on-boarding processes (accounts receivable, billings, intake, conflict of interest, and collections), along with compliance issues for the firm. Michael also participates in special projects and provides professional guidance as needed.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was Director of Client Financial Services at an Atlanta-based, multiple location law firm. Previously, he served as an Executive Consultant of Finance providing finance and administration-managed business process services to the world’s largest technology company specializing in solutions in IT, finance, and business process outsourcing. Michael was also Chief Operating Officer at a specialized, professional service organization with a nationwide presence that provides applications/solutions to the business credit community in the order-to-cash, risk/revenue management cycle.
