Overview

John Robinson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment law. John represents clients in state and federal courts in a broad variety of litigation including contract disputes, employment claims, real estate and construction, transportation, intellectual property, products liability, premises liability, and healthcare.

Prior to joining the firm, John was an associate in the Fort Worth office of a Texas-based law firm where he represented clients in commercial litigation and represented and advised healthcare entities and medical professionals in administrative litigation and healthcare litigation.

While attending Texas A&M University School of Law, John served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig Stoddart in the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas in Dallas. He was a research assistant for Professor William Byrnes and a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. John was also an ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition Regional Champion and winner of the Best Advocate Award, as well as the winner of his law school’s intramural moot court and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) competitions.
