Overview

Zoe Stendara focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She handles a wide variety of legal issues in the financial and employment industries. Zoe has experience with a broad range of legal matters including drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, discovery management, complex commercial disputes, breach of contract, fraud claims, labor and employment disputes, commercial arbitration, and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining the firm, Zoe was a litigation associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice of an international law firm in its Dallas, Texas office.

While attending Baylor University School of Law, Zoe served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Diana Song Quiroga in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She also served as President of the Asian American Law Students Association and competed in various national mock trial and moot court teams.

While attending Texas A&M University, Zoe studied history abroad in Granada, Spain in 2015. She served as a legislative intern for Texas House Representative John Raney and as a student assistant in the Office of Admissions at The Bush School of Government and Public Service.

Zoe has basic knowledge of Spanish.

*Obtained a temporary injunction against a former employee for breach of non-compete agreement.

*Represented a commercial tenant in temporary restraining order (TRO) concerning lockout and potential breach of lease.
