Tobias focuses his practice on M&A, corporate, commercial agreements and employment law, including cross-border acquisitions, mergers, large-scale fund raisings, incentive programs, joint ventures, and advising on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. He also negotiates commercial agreements for larger companies and startups, brings experience in labor-related issues arising from acquisitions and advises employers in labor disputes and in negotiations with unions.
