Patrick Nachtsheim is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications in the fields of medical, mechanical, electrical, and software devices.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was an associate at an intellectual property law firm based in Virginia where he prepared and prosecuted provisional, non-provisional, and design patent applications and prosecuted patent applications for both national and international clients.

While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Patrick served as a summer intern at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts in Atlanta, Georgia and as a member of the Editorial Staff for the Journal of Intellectual Property.

Patrick is currently pursuing a computer science master's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he is focusing on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
