Jenna MacDonald focuses her practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Wiles in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Before her clerkship, Jenna was an associate in the New York office of a large international law firm where she represented clients in a broad range of real estate and corporate transactions.
During law school, Jenna worked as a summer associate at a multi-service law firm and interned at the Office of the Fulton County District Attorney in Atlanta. Jenna also served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and an executive board member for the Legal Association for Women Students.
Before attending law school, Jenna was a wealth management analyst at a multinational financial services firm in its New York headquarters.
