Zain Haq helps clients navigate a range of cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance matters. As technology becomes increasingly prevalent in business, privacy and cybersecurity are at the forefront of the minds of businesses and their customers. Zain is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a designation issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. His knowledge of privacy laws and regulations throughout the United States and the European Union allows him to address legal and reputational risks while assisting clients to meet their goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Zain was an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of an international AmLaw 100 firm where he represented Fortune 500 companies and focused his practice on complex commercial and labor and employment matters.
Prior to launching his legal career, Zain was co-founder of an entertainment company. His entrepreneurial background gives him particular insight into the challenges and priorities faced by business owners and C-suite executives. Zain works collaboratively with clients to provide insight rich counsel on matters of enterprise expansion and new ventures.
