Emilia Eye focuses her practice on construction and infrastructure projects and government contracting. She has represented a wide variety of clients in the construction industry, including owners, EPC contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and municipalities, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Emilia’s project experience includes large industrial mills and processing facilities, water treatment facilities, schools, and commercial developments. Emilia also has experience in regulatory compliance, including advising government contractors on complying with various Federal Acquisition Regulations, and navigating small business and socioeconomic regulations.
Previously, Emilia worked as an associate in the firm’s Stockholm office, where she focused her practice on dispute resolution primarily within the construction and infrastructure industry. Emilia has litigated cases in a variety of forums, including Swedish courts and domestic arbitration.
Emilia has taught courses in construction law and is a repeat guest lecturer at Stockholm University School of Law.
Emilia was recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" in 2022 for Construction Litigation and in 2023 for Construction Law and Construction Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®.
Emilia is fluent in English and Swedish, and is proficient in Norwegian and Danish.
