Jason Duggan is an E-Discovery Analyst with Kilpatrick Townsend’s LitSmart® E-Discovery Team. In that role, he works directly with E-Discovery professionals including project managers, attorneys, and clients in all phases of the EDRM life cycle. With nine years of experience in the field of ESI processing, Jason has developed particular expertise in database creation and maintenance, data processing, data manipulation, load file creation, and quality control for multiple document review platforms including Relativity, the e-discovery tool managed in-house by LitSmart. Jason’s skill set also includes complex excel manipulation and coding, development of regular expressions, and Windows OS based scripting.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason was a Data Analyst at a litigation support and e-discovery provider in Denver, Colorado. Previously, he worked as a Technology Specialist at a provider of in-house and outsourced legal and technology solutions in Denver, Colorado, where he created databases, managed projects, and processed and performed quality control of electronic data discovery sources for various litigation centric document review platforms.
While attending Colorado State University, Jason studied photography, graphic design, art history, and Italian language and culture abroad in Italy.
