Destiny Burch focuses her practice on labor and employment law.
While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Destiny worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2021. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Steve C. Jones in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and a research assistant and student attorney in the Appellate Legal Clinic. Destiny also served as an in-house legal extern at a well-known provider of supplemental insurance in its Columbus, Georgia headquarters. As part of the Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program, Destiny was a DAPP Summer Fellow at a multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances in its Benton Harbor, Michigan headquarters. She was also a teaching assistant in Foundations in American Law and in Property Law and a research assistant for Professors Lori Ringhand and Matthew Hall. Destiny was Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. She was a member of the 2021 championship Intrastate Moot Court Competition Team and its first second generation winner. Destiny also finished as a quarterfinalist in the invitation-only 2022 Hunton Andrews Kurth Moot Court National Championship Tournament.
