Eric Kracov Brings More Than Three Decades of Experience to Financial Institutions Team
NEW YORK (February 22) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Eric Kracov has rejoined the firm in the New York office as a member of the nationally recognized Financial Institutions Team. Mr. Kracov, for over six years, served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Deputy General Counsel at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. -- one the largest regional banks in the country.
Mr. Kracov’s practice focuses on counseling clients on the design, implementation and operation of employee benefit and executive compensation programs, including employment, change in control, equity compensation and severance arrangements. In addition, he provides advice to clients on compliance with the federal and state securities law aspects of executive compensation arrangements and employee compensation programs. Mr. Kracov also advises clients on matters relating to employment and human resources law, including merger integration matters.
Mr. Kracov counsels public and private company clients on business combinations, including mergers and stock purchases. He advises private investors, including hedge funds and private equity funds, on structuring investments in financial institutions and their holding companies.
