ATLANTA (June 3) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Chaniece Mulligan as an Associate in the Atlanta office. Ms. Mulligan joins the Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance, and Real Estate Department.
Ms. Mulligan focuses her practice in advising public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, SEC filings, reorganizations, and initial public offerings. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a New York based law firm.
Ms. Mulligan earned her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law where she served as a Board Member of the Moot Court and was Staff Editor of the Law and Contemporary Problems Journal. She received her B.A. in Applied Economics and B.S. in Political Science from East Carolina University.
