ATLANTA (June 25) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partner Amanda Witt was elected Secretary of the State Bar of Georgia's Privacy & Technology Law Section (Section). Ms. Witt will serve a one year term, after which she will serve as Vice Chair; she is also currently serving as the Section's Treasurer.
Ms. Witt co-leads both the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Governance Practice and the Technology, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice at Kilpatrick Townsend. She focuses her practice in the areas of information technology, U.S. and global privacy, IoT, information security, e-commerce, cross-border transactions, outsourcing, licensing and procurement, intellectual property protection and transactions, strategic alliances, commercial transactions, software development and licensing, SaaS services, and electronic signatures.
