SAN FRANCISCO (May 19) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Ryu Fukuyama to the San Francisco office as an Associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Real Estate Department.
Mr. Fukuyama focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. He represents emerging growth technology companies through all stages of their life-cycle, from formation to exit, often serving as outside general counsel to these companies. Mr. Fukuyama also represents venture capital investors in equity and debt financing transactions.
Mr. Fukuyama earned his J.D., with honors, from Santa Clara University School of Law. He received his LL.B. from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
