Insights: News Law360 Names Nine Kilpatrick Townsend Partners to 2021 Editorial Advisory Board
ATLANTA (May 4) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that nine of the firm’s partners from across the country were named to the Law360 2021 Editorial Advisory Board. Members of the editorial advisory board provide feedback on Law360's coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future coverage.
The following partners were named editorial advisory board members:
Michael Breslin joins the Law360 2021 Fintech Editorial Advisory Board. A partner in the Atlanta office, Mr. Breslin focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and emerging technologies, including telecommunications, fintech innovations, payments, blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Tamara Serwer Caldas was selected to serve on the Law360 2021 Access to Justice Editorial Advisory Board. Ms. Caldas heads the firm’s Pro Bono Program and leads the firm’s attorneys in providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients, community groups and nonprofit organizations.
Brian Gaudet joins the Law360 2021 Construction Editorial Advisory Board. A partner in the Houston office, Mr. Gaudet’s practice encompasses all aspects of the project and construction cycle from contract document preparation and review to litigation and dispute resolution of related claims.
John Jett will be a member of the Law360 2021 Telecommunications Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Jett is a partner in the Atlanta office focusing on commercial and intellectual property litigation. He represents individuals and companies, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in disputes before state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.
Wab Kadaba was selected to the Law360 2021 Intellectual Property Editorial Advisory Board. A partner in the Atlanta office. Mr. Kadaba chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. He focuses his practice his practice on litigation related to intellectual property as well as strategy and management of intellectual property and technology issues.
Larry McFarland will be a member of the Law360 2021 Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. McFarland focuses his practice on litigation and counseling in all areas of intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, rights of publicity and privacy, and unfair competition. He is the Managing Partner of the firm's Los Angeles office.
Adria Perez joins the Law360 2021 White Collar Editorial Advisory Board. Ms. Perez, a partner located in the firm’s Atlanta office, focuses her practice on representing both corporations and individuals in white collar criminal defense matters, government enforcement issues, as well as internal, criminal and SEC investigations.
Mark Reeves was selected to serve on the Law360 2021 Native American Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Reeves, a partner in the Augusta, Georgia office, represents Native American tribes in a broad range of litigation in federal, state, and tribal courts and before federal administrative agencies, including a number of cases before federal appellate courts and the Interior Board of Indian Appeals.
Roger Wylie joins the Law360 2021 Legal Industry Editorial Advisory Board. Based in the Seattle office, Mr. Wylie is Kilpatrick Townsend’s Firm Managing Partner. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling, and advises start-up and established corporations, venture investors and other intellectual property stakeholders with regard to all aspects of patent prosecution and acquisition, counseling, licensing and litigation.
