ATLANTA (March 26) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that for the second consecutive year, Managing Intellectual Property honored Kilpatrick Townsend's national trademark practice as the U.S. Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year. Kilpatrick Townsend has received this prestigious recognition three out of the last five years.
