Fei focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling in the computer, software, and electronics industries. He has experience in developing patent filing strategies, preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications and providing opinions on patentability, validity or infringement with respect to intellectual property rights.
Fei has extensive experience in helping Chinese clients on outbound work to the U.S. and as well as works closely with our Shanghai office serving American companies with their interests in China.
