Insights: News Releases Desmond Dennis Joins Kilpatrick Townsend in Atlanta
ATLANTA (AUGUST 27) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Desmond Dennis as an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. He joins the Labor & Employment Team in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Dennis focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He advises and defends employers in labor and employment matters including FLSA compliance, employee handbook audits, Title VII compliance, workplace investigations, FLSA collective actions, Title VII litigation, and ADEA litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was a labor and employment associate for a law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Dennis earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was President of the Vanderbilt Bar Association. He received his B.A. in Political Science, Minors in African American Studies and Spanish, from Vanderbilt University.
