Insights: News Brian Olion Named Up and Coming Lawyer by Law Week Colorado

DENVER (November 7)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Brian Olion, an associate in the firm’s Denver office, was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by Law Week Colorado.  

The Up and Coming Lawyers issue features attorneys with five years or less experience who achieved significant accomplishments in the past year, while also demonstrating leadership characteristics and a commitment to their community. Mr. Olion was recognized for his patent work in financial technology and his pro bono work providing legal representation for immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.

Mr. Olion focuses his practice on patent preparation, prosecution, and related counseling in a variety of technology areas including software related technologies, blockchain technology, e-commerce, optics, semiconductors, semiconductor manufacturing, mechanical devices, and data transfer/manipulation methods.

Mr. Olion is a graduate of North Carolina State University, and earned his law degree at George Washington University Law School.
