NEW YORK, NY (July 25) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Gabrielle Nagler Simon to the firm’s New York office. She joins as an associate on the Trademark and Copyright Team in the firm’s internationally acclaimed Intellectual Property Department.

Ms. Simon focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark matters including trademark prosecution and contested proceedings. She has represented clients in the consumer products, entertainment, fashion, financial services, restaurants, professional sports, publishing, and technology industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Simon was an associate at a New York City-based law firm where she advised clients in connection with trademark prosecution, contested proceedings, and licensing agreements. Prior to attending law school, she participated in the executive development program and worked as an assistant buyer for a major fashion retailer.

Ms. Simon earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as a Senior Editor of the Journal of Business Law. While attending law school, Ms. Simon was a judicial intern to the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
