Insights: News Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Jackson Wyrick to Silicon Valley Office
MENLO PARK (May 14) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Jackson Wyrick to the firm’s Silicon Valley office. He joins as an associate on the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities team.
Mr. Wyrick’s practice includes advising emerging growth clients in a wide range of industries including software, blockchain, cryptocurrency, healthcare, life sciences, and IoT. He also advises clients on equity and debt financing from seed funding to private equity buy-out.
Mr. Wyrick is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College, and earned his law degree at Duke University School of Law.
