Megan Chung was named in the Intellectual Property Litigation category, while Nancy L. Stagg was recognized in the Business Litigation category.

Ms. Chung is a partner in the firm’s Patent Litigation team, and heads the team in the San Diego office. She focuses her practice on complex and technical intellectual property litigation. Ms. Chung has extensive experience representing companies and executives on intellectual property and technology-related matters, focusing on patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark litigation and post-grant proceedings.

Ms. Stagg is a partner in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Team and heads the firm’s west coast class action group. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of consumer class actions. Ms. Stagg also handles a wide variety of complex commercial, employment, and intellectual property litigation, including trade secret theft litigation. She enjoys counseling corporate legal departments and business owners in the most effective ways to avoid potential litigation.
