Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Ross Berger to the Atlanta Office
ATLANTA (February 12) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Ross Berger to the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Berger joins the firm as an associate on the Global Sourcing & Technology Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Real Estate Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berger worked as an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of an Am Law 00 firm where he practiced in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. His practice will focus on technology transactions including information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, ERP licensing, SaaS arrangements, and other commercial transactions.
Mr. Berger earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as the Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
